Today, we have reached the proud conclusion of a long-term R&D and product development process. Our SAMUTE project has successfully completed all its activities within the scope of the TÜBİTAK 1812 Investment-Based Entrepreneurship Program. Over the course of the nearly one-and-a-half-year project, we have fulfilled all our objectives, enabling SAMUTE to achieve commercial maturity.
During the project, an innovative software infrastructure for AI-supported customer interaction systems was developed. This infrastructure features a modular architecture that allows for the analysis of audio and visual interactions, optimization of customer experience, and enables institutions to create their own AI-supported solutions. The developed system has been adapted to be applicable for both tablet/kiosk-based solutions and cloud-based SaaS products.
With the completion of the project, SAMUTE has evolved from being just an R&D project into a scalable product family. Throughout this process, our team has built significant corporate capacity in the areas of software development, user experience, market validation, and investor relations.
The support from TÜBİTAK and the investment partnership of the Turkey Development Fund have been decisive in SAMUTE’s transformation into a sustainable technology company. In the upcoming period, we will focus on the commercialization of the project outputs and the launch of new-generation artificial intelligence products.
This important milestone symbolizes the successful completion of SAMUTE’s journey from R&D to commercialization.
