Today, we have completed the official application for our SAMUTE Connect project, the second major R&D step for our SAMUTE brand, under the TÜBİTAK 1501 – Industrial R&D Projects Grant Program.
We are advancing our vision of smart customer interaction, which began with SAMUTE Flow, to the next level with the Connect project. SAMUTE Connect is designed as a platform that allows businesses to manage their AI-supported voice and telephone-based interactions. The system to be developed within the project will offer an AI solution capable of holding natural voice dialogues with users by integrating with corporate call lines, CRM systems, and digital assistant infrastructures.
This application marks a new turning point in SAMUTE’s R&D-focused growth strategy. The TÜBİTAK 1501 program is one of Turkey’s most comprehensive support mechanisms, aimed at increasing the high-tech product development capacity of companies. Within this scope, we aim to create an innovative system that will enable the effective use of artificial intelligence in voice communication technologies.
SAMUTE Connect will be positioned as a scalable AI platform that can be used in a wide range of sectors, from call centers to field service operations, and from hotels to healthcare institutions. During the application process, we prepared a strong submission highlighting the technical validity, innovative aspects, and commercialization potential of our project idea.
We will be closely following the project evaluation process in the coming weeks. Our R&D team has already begun preparations for prototype designs and preliminary technical documentation. As SAMUTE, we are moving forward with confident steps toward becoming one of Turkey’s leading brands in AI-based communication technologies.
