Today, we are pleased to share proud developments regarding SAMUTE. Following the evaluation by TÜBİTAK, our business plan prepared under the TÜBİTAK 1812 program was deemed eligible to receive a seal of excellence on August 7th. With this decision, SAMUTE officially began its incorporation process within the entrepreneurship ecosystem.
Over the past three weeks, our team has worked intensively on matters such as investment agreements, company establishment procedures, and project budget integration. Concurrently, our R&D plan, approved by TÜBİTAK, has been successfully integrated into the company’s annual operational plan.
Our incorporation is not merely a formal requirement but a turning point where SAMUTE’s corporate identity, operational structure, and investment relations become official. The partnership with the Turkey Development Fund (TDF) is a crucial step supporting our startup’s sustainable growth strategy. There is a strong strategic alignment between TDF’s vision and SAMUTE’s AI-based solutions.
As of today, HES VENTURES TEKNOLOJİ A.Ş. has commenced its operations in partnership with the Turkey Development Fund (TDF). Our next goal for SAMUTE, our company’s main project, is to transform this process, initiated with TÜBİTAK’s support, into a scalable business model and to contribute to increasing our country’s competitiveness in the field of artificial intelligence. Today, we celebrate not just an acceptance, but the official beginning of a long-term vision.
